The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect and vehicle. On 10/14/2013 at approximately 11:45 hours, a suspect pulled up to the gas pumps at 3309 Peach Orchard Road in what appears to be a black newer model Chevrolet Impala.
The suspect enters the store and purchases gas at the pump for his vehicle. A white Cadillac is seen pulling to the adjacent gas pump when the suspect was finished with his.
The victim can be seen on video exiting her vehicle and entering the business to purchase gas. At that time the suspect enters his vehicle and the suspects passenger exits the vehicle and enters the victims vehicle and steals her purse.
Both suspects can then been seen on video leaving the area in the vehicle after the theft. The Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance with locating this suspect and vehicle and callers can remain anonymous.
