Last week a federal judge denied the U.S. Department of Justice’s request for an emergency restraining order to halt Florida’s non-citizen voter purge and said the controversial scrub does not violate federal law. We have managed to keep pressure on each of Florida's 67 County Supervisors of Elections.
Several Supervisors of Elections have requested we stop sending messages because we are burning up their fax machines and filing up their email boxes. --- We refuse to be silenced!
As the issue of "purging" our voter rolls gained light last week, we asked you to contact several county Supervisor of Elections throughout the state to voice support for fair elections and clean voter files.
Unfortunately, Wayne E. Fusco, Assistant Supervisor of Elections for St. John's County, is now attempting to suppress our First Amendment Rights rather than uphold the law, and respond to the concerns of Floridians in St. John's County and beyond. Mr. Fusco emailed us demanding we stop citizens from sending faxes and emails from our organization to the St. John's County Supervisor of Election!
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." First Amendment of the Bill of Rights
Instead of stopping, dead voters or illegal aliens from voting, Fusco is threatening to forward Liberty.com's information to the Attorney General in Fort Lauderdale for prosecution. He wants YOU to go to jail for using your First Amendment Rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Mr. Fusco's intimidation tactics shall not be permitted and we will not stop until we have deterred voter fraud and other similar practices from occurring in the State of Florida.
Fusco would rather shun stifle free speech instead of upholding your rights to elections free from fraud.
Is it possible Mr. Fusco is one of the culprits in our state seeking to permit the Obama machine from regaining office by stealing another election? If so, we need to find out now!
We must now keep up the pressure on St. John's County and seek to cause an investigation into the practices of the St. John's County Supervisor of Elections Office. It is imperative that every effort is taken to ensure voters do not live in fear that the 2012 Election will again have its results tainted by ACORN-style practices that were permitted by our elected officeholders in 2008.
We cannot permit our democracy to be threatened by those who would use criminal acts as a means for controlling a free people, or tolerate the behavior of elected officials who would permit mismanagement and malfeasance to run rampant throughout the offices of Election Supervisors.
I refuse to be intimated or silenced by pawns like Mr. Fusco or bullies like Rev. Sharpton. This is America, Our Republic, we shall stand our ground!
