AUGUSTA, GA - The Augusta Commission approved amending the Augusta-Richmond County Alcohol Ordinance, Hours of Sale, to allow Sunday sales of package malt beverage, wine and distilled spirits by retailers between the hours of 12:30 P.M. and 11:30 P.M. effective April 1, 2012. No extra fees for the extra day of permit.
